VeTA undertakes a detailed review of the VVPAT Field Trial at Delhi by examining all activities and will prepare a report on its observations soon.

A shortfall of 5% of votes was observed in manual counting in Delhi. In Thiruvananthapuram, the differences reported are marginal.

Election Commission of India undertakes a field trial for Paper Trail (VVPAT) in five districts. Voters were very happy with the innovation as they could see and verify their votes.
